Scope
This Policy covers the QEMSY marketing site (qemsy.wsptekno.com), the QEMSY web application, and the third-party advertisements shown on these pages. It supplements the Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
What Are Cookies and Local Storage
A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser by a website you visit. QEMSY also uses the browser's local storage for similar purposes (e.g. remembering your language preference); within this Policy, both are jointly referred to as "cookies and similar technologies."

QEMSY does not currently use its own analytics/tracking cookies. If a tool such as Firebase Analytics is introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated and a new category will be added.

This data is kept only in your own browser and is not additionally sent to QEMSY servers.
Third-Party Advertising Cookies
Advertisements are shown only to users on the free tier. An ad is requested first from Google AdSense; if there is no fill, Adsterra is used instead. Both networks may place their own cookies in your browser to personalize ads, cap frequency, prevent fraud, and measure performance.

The exact names, number, and duration of the cookies used by these networks are within their own control and may change without prior notice; for the current, complete list, refer to the relevant provider's own cookie/privacy page.
Retention Periods
First-party local storage data stays on your device until you clear your browser data. Third-party advertising cookies vary by provider but are typically valid for a period ranging from a few days to 2 years; see the provider links in Article 5 for exact durations.
Managing Your Preferences
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block cookies or delete them automatically at the end of a session (this may also affect functional features like "Remember Me" and language preference).
- Google ad settings: you can turn off Google's personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Industry preference tools: tools such as youronlinechoices.eu let you manage your preferences across multiple ad networks in one place.
- Ad-free use: organizations on a paid tier are not shown ads; upgrading to a paid tier is therefore the most reliable way to avoid advertising cookies altogether.
Changes
This Policy may be updated as the cookies/storage types we use change (e.g. the addition of a new analytics tool). The current version is always published on this page.
